We see storytelling as a collaboration and we love for our clients to be involved, whether we're preparing a video, photoshoot, or workshop.

To ensure it is emotionally felt and drives action, we build your story step-by-step. And we will ask for your input when we reach certain milestones in the process.

This is a chance for you to express your creativity and truly take ownership of your story!

Step 1.

At the start of our collaboration, we’ll figure out what type of story we’re dealing with:

  • Origin story

  • Impact story

  • Teaching story

  • Values story

  • Why story

  • Objection story

  • Vision story

Step 2.

Next, we do our research. This can be done online and/or in person and also includes pre-interviews with people who can deepen our understanding of your story and its context.

Don’t worry, these pre-interviews are informal and unrecorded conversations. It can be as simple as a 15-minute video chat, although we also love to go for coffee or a walk!

Step 3.

To create stories with clarity and confidence, we’ve based our creative process on The Science of Storytelling by Muse Storytelling.

Through a series of questions and tasks, we'll develop the four pillars of your story together:

1. People

2. Purpose

3. Plot

4. Place

COVID-secure photo and film productions continue to take place across the UK. To understand personal responsibility and risk assessment, Roxy has successfully completed the Coronavirus Basic Awareness On Production Training by ScreenSkills in 2020 and 2021. Ahead of your first shooting day, she will talk you through the full protocol and answer any questions you may have.
